It was erected in honour of Reverend Master Chin Swee, a Buddhist monk from the Fujian Province who was renowned for his ability to summon rain and drive away evil spirits.

Gunung Bunga Buah yang terletak di sempadan Selangor Darul Ehsan, Genting Highland, Pahang mempunyai ketinggian setinggi 1,430 metre (4,690 kaki).Gunung Bunga Buah adalah antara tempat latihan pendaki-pendaki gunung di Lembah Klang. Gunung ini boleh didaki dalam masa sehari atau pendaki boleh juga bermalam dipuncak gunung ini.
