What you can expect

  • Stretch, smile, and relax in the company of playful puppies during a heartwarming Paw Yoga session – the first of its kind in Poland. These gentle classes are designed for everyone: no yoga experience is needed, just a love for animals and a desire to slow down.

Each session begins with time to meet the puppies, followed by a relaxing series of simple stretches and calming poses. As you move, curious pups may cuddle up beside you, explore the space, or simply nap nearby – creating a joyful, therapeutic atmosphere.

At Paw Yoga, the wellbeing of the puppies is our top priority. All dogs come from registered, ethical breeders and take part in sessions only when they are well-rested, socialised, and ready to interact. We work with small groups to ensure a calm, friendly environment for both humans and pups.

Whether you’re travelling, looking for a unique wellness experience, or simply want to reconnect with joy – Paw Yoga is a moment of pure happiness you won’t forget.
