Amberd Fortress

Travellers will visit Amberd Fortress, a medieval stronghold located on the slopes of Mount Aragats. They will explore the fortress area, see its ancient defensive walls and towers, and enjoy dramatic views of the surrounding gorges and mountain landscapes. Near the fortress, travellers will also see Vahramashen Church, a small medieval Armenian church that adds a spiritual and architectural layer to the site. Kari Lake
