The experience begins with your arrival at the winery, followed by a ride to our vineyards in our Defender SUV. Once in the vineyard, you will find a bottle of wine from that very plot waiting for you, allowing you to start your experience in a unique and immediate way.
During the tour of the vineyards, we will share our history and our minimal-intervention production style, and we will explain in detail the vineyards and the viticultural practices we employ, giving you an up-close understanding of the care and attention we put into each bunch of grapes.
After this immersive experience in the vineyard, we will return to the winery for a tasting of five bottled wines, accompanied by a platter of regional products including cheeses, chorizo, olive oil, and other typical local delicacies. As you taste the wines, we will explain how we make each one, highlighting the differences between the vinification of white and red wines. This entire part of the experience takes place inside the winery, so you can fully experience the atmosphere of the space where it all happens.
The experience culminates with a traditional lunch or dinner in our wine tourism loungeāGrandpa ZĆ©'s old hayloft, carefully rebuilt and decorated to make you feel like you're in a special place. The main course features lamb slowly cooked in an earthenware pot over the fireplace, followed by typical regional sweets, but we can adapt the menu to include other options or accommodate dietary restrictions, ensuring that everyone fully enjoys the experience.
