Day 1: Excursion to the Salar de Uyuni from Sucre Transfer by tourist bus from Sucre - Uyuni (Departure 20:00 Hrs). Day 2: Uyuni - Salar de Uyuni First we will start with the pick up at the bus terminal in the city of Uyuni. Transfer to our cafeteria, where you can have a delicious breakfast. Pick up at the cafeteria to start the excursion (10:30 Hrs) First we will go to the train cemetery to see the old locomotives. Then we will go to the community of Colchani (the gateway to the Salar) where we will find rustic craft workshops and the rustic table salt microprocessor. Continuing with the expedition to the majestic Salar de Uyuni we will make stops to see the salt extractions, the eyes of the salt flat and the Playa Blanca Salt Hotel that currently only operates as a museum. Later we will visit the most popular island of the Salar located in the middle of the Salar, the Incahuasi Island, where we will take a walk and appreciate large expanses of cacti, marine rock fossils and spectacular 360° views from the viewpoint.
