You'll visit the Cathedral of Santa María la Menor (also known as the Cathedral of Santo Domingo), the first cathedral built in the Americas, and the majestic Alcázar de Colón, the former residence of Diego Columbus, Christopher Columbus's son.

Afterwards, you'll enjoy a scenic drive along the Malecón (Santo Domingo's waterfront promenade), overlooking the Caribbean Sea, while your guide shares the city's modern history.
