We begin our Full-Day Torres del Paine sightseeing tour with pick-up from the hotel for a short city tour of Puerto Natales. Then we continue on to our first stop: the famous Mylodon Cave Natural Monument.

There, we'll visit the largest cave in a group of three, which holds more than 100 years of history and the remains of prehistoric animals. Remains of the herbivorous mammal Mylodon Darwini were found here. This animal belongs to the Pilosa order, which includes anteaters, tamanduas, and sloths, and it probably became extinct at the end of the Pleistocene.

We'll continue to enjoy the amazing views of Laguna Sofia, Porteño Lake, the Prat Mountain Range, Cerro Mesa, the Sierra del Toro, and the Sierra Ballena along the way. After 2 hours of travel, we'll arrive at the Lago del Toro vantage point. From there, we have a spectacular view of the lake and the Cordillera Paine, also known as the Paine Massif.

The Torres del Paine Full Day continues in the Grey Lake area, where we'll take a short hike of approximately 20 minutes to reach the shore of Grey Lake. From there, we'll have another perspective of the Paine Massif and the Paine Horns, cloud conditions permitting.

In total, we will cover about 3 km on easily accessible terrain. Regardless, the hike is optional for those who don't want to or don't feel up to it. Afterwards, we'll take a break for lunch at a café, enjoying the beautiful views of Torres del Paine National Park.

Our Torres del Paine sightseeing tour continues, and then we head to the Salto Grande sector, where we will visit one of the vantage points of Lake Pehoé, the place where the glaciers of the Paine River discharge their mighty waters. At the end of the excursion, we will visit Laguna Amarga and the Sarmiento Lake vantage point, and then return to the accommodation.
