The sensory journey culminates in the tasting room, where the pace slows down to make way for listening and the pleasure of the table. The experience will be punctuated by four glasses of wine, including the winery's exclusive Classic Method “Alba.” Accompanying the tasting will be a rich selection of local cured meats and cheeses, the traditional “pane cunzato” (seasoned bread), an authentic dish of the current season prepared according to Sicilian tradition, and, to finish on a sweet note, a typical local dessert.
