Check-in is mandatory between 9:10 AM and 10:10 AM. Late arrivals must notify us immediately by phone or text message. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the reservation without refund, and the spot will be reassigned to the waiting list. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, parking, transfers, or transport issues.
To avoid any issues, we strongly recommend arriving early — parking at the Palau port can be busy, plan ahead and allow extra time.
Please note: The La Maddalena disembarkation tax is mandatory and must be paid in CASH on board.
