What you can expect

Day 1: Nairobi to Maasai Mara (Scenic Journey + First Game Drive)
Depart early from Nairobi and stop briefly at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint.
Arrive in the Maasai Mara in time for lunch, followed by your first afternoon game drive. This is when predators become active, giving you your first strong chance to spot lions and cheetahs.
Dinner and overnight at a budget camp.

Day 2: Full-Day Game Drives (Maximum Wildlife Exposure)
Spend the entire day inside the reserve with extended game drives.
You’ll track the Big Five and explore different zones of the park, including river areas where hippos and crocodiles gather. During migration season, witness dramatic wildebeest crossings.

Optional: Visit a local Maasai village for cultural insight.

Day 3: Breakfast - Check-Out - Return to Nairobi
