Experience the magic of a Syunik sunrise on this off-road jeep adventure to Mount Khustup, one of Armenia’s most breathtaking peaks. Departing from Kapan at 2:30 AM, you’ll travel through Shishkert village before stopping at the Garegin Nzhdeh bust, a monument honouring the Armenian military leader who defended Syunik’s independence in the early 20th century. After a short break, you’ll continue up the rugged mountain trails. Arriving just below the summit before dawn, a 10-minute walk will take you to the peak, where you'll watch the sunrise illuminate Syunik’s dramatic landscapes.
After an hour at the summit, you’ll descend back to the Nzhdeh bust, where you’ll relax with fresh coffee and a 30-minute rest, soaking in the morning mountain air.
