Escape the busy streets of Fez and spend a full day discovering the magical blue city of Chefchaouen, nestled in the breathtaking Rif Mountains.

Departure from Fez:

Your day begins with a 7:50 AM pick-up from your hotel or the nearest accessible meeting point. The drive from Fez to Chefchaouen covers approximately 200 km each way (around 4 hours). Along the route, we’ll make three scheduled stops so you can stretch your legs, take in panoramic mountain views, and enjoy Morocco’s beautiful countryside.

Arrival in Chefchaouen:
As you enter Chefchaouen, you’ll immediately be enchanted by its unique charm. This serene town, tucked into the Rif Mountains, is world-famous for its blue-painted medina, Andalusian-style architecture, and laid-back vibe.

Exploration Time:
Enjoy around 4 hours of free time to explore at your own pace. You can choose to wander the atmospheric streets, discover hidden corners, or simply relax and take in the peaceful surroundings. Suggested highlights include (entrance fees not included):

Strolling through the blue-washed medina, perfect for photography
Relaxing at Plaza Uta el-Hammam, the lively main square lined with cafés
Visiting the Kasbah Museum, an 18th-century fortress with gardens, exhibits, and panoramic views
Walking to Ras Elma spring, where the river runs through the medina

Return to Fez
In the late afternoon, we will regroup and begin the return drive to Fez. Arrival is estimated between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM, depending on traffic and road conditions.
