Overview

If your cruise ship calls at Cagliari, experience a boat tour along the beautiful coasts of the Gulf of Cagliari. This boat trip with skipper is designed for cruisers who want to discover the Sardinian sea, the Sella del Diavolo and hidden bays accessible only by sea.

You will sail between cliffs and crystal clear waters, with stops for swimming and snorkelling. You can admire Calamosca, Cala Fighera, the Grotta dei Colombi, the promontory of Sant’Elia and the coves of the Gulf of Angels.

The boat excursion lasts about 3 hours and takes place on board a comfortable boat (7 metres inflatable dinghy) with a maximum of 12 participants, for a relaxed, authentic and uncrowded experience. Includes skipper, panoramic navigation, snorkelling gear and background music.

Transfer to and from Cagliari Cruise Terminal is available on request, to be booked at least 24 hours in advance. A proposal with an ideal skipper to discover Cagliari from the sea and return to the port without stress

Cala Fighera

Former nudist beach of Cagliari. Due to the shape of the cliffs, it remains a secluded and peaceful location. An excellent spot for snorkelling thanks to its rich marine biodiversity.

Faro di Capo Sant'Elia

Along the way, we can admire the Capo Sant’Elia Lighthouse, a historic landmark and an important symbol for the city of Cagliari.

Sella del Diavolo

Passing by the Grotta dei Colombi (Pigeons' Cave) and the famous Roccia del Pisellino, we round the promontory and reach the Piscine di Gasole, located beneath the iconic Devil’s Saddle. The Piscine di Gasole are a hidden gem nestled at the foot of the majestic Devil’s Saddle, one of Cagliari’s most recognisable landmarks. Here you can enjoy a refreshing swim in calm, crystal-clear turquoise waters, perfect for snorkelling or simply relaxing. This stop is designed to let you admire this unique place from a privileged perspective. The contrast between the white limestone cliffs, the turquoise sea, and the green Mediterranean vegetation creates a truly spectacular setting. It is the perfect place to take memorable photos and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

Marina Piccola

We will bypass the Devil's Saddle reaching the last stop at Marina Piccola. The scenery changes considerably, as do the reflections of the water on the sea, which turns green. This area is particularly rich in marine life, the ideal place for sonrkeling.

Poetto

The most famous beach serving the cities of Cagliari and Quartu Sant’Elena. It stretches for approximately 8 kilometres, from the Devil’s Saddle to Margine Rosso.

Golfo degli Angeli

We will return at approximately 1:00 PM while enjoying the beautiful views of the Gulf of Angels.
