Overview

You will learn all the secrets to making perfect fresh pasta, from preparing the dough to making the different shapes of pasta. We will learn together to prepare Tiramisu, the most famous desert in the world, following the traditional recipe. At the end of the lesson, we will sit together at the table to enjoy the fruits of our labour, accompanied by a bottle of wine. The recipes are the original ones handed down by my grandmother Velia, who, with patience and love, passed on to me all her cooking secrets over time. Activity itinerary

I will prepare with you an authentic, fresh and Italian pasta, in different shapes. We will study and understand the ingredients, the different uses of 00 flour and the fillings. We will prepare tagliatelle or guitar pasta and stuffed pasta together, finishing with the preparation of Tiramisu, the most famous Italian dessert in the world. At the end of the course, the preparation of homemade pasta and tiramisu will no longer have any secrets. Repeating these recipes in your home kitchen to amaze friends and relatives will be the most authentic and fun way to share this experience!
