Burcu guides you step by step as you make traditional saç böreği from scratch, including preparing the dough, shaping, and cooking on a griddle, along with traditional meze, and seasonal dishes made with local wild herbs. When everything is ready, you will set the table and share the meal together in a relaxed, social atmosphere, with time to ask questions and take notes.
