The guide will take you on a fascinating journey through the storey of the origins of Franciacorta, the cultivation techniques and the deep connection between the region and the wine.
Next, you will visit the historic wine cellar from 1942, the true beating heart of production, where the first fermentation still takes place today in the original concrete vats. Here you will discover the secrets of winemaking and the ageing of our Franciacorta wines, in an environment that combines tradition and innovation.
We recommend bringing a coat or jacket for the tour, as the temperature in the cellar is cooler.
The tour concludes with a guided tasting of the three most representative wines of the Mirabella line:
