I host our sessions in a variety of beautiful woodlands around the towns of Frome and Bruton in Somerset, just a 30 minute drive south of Bath. Each location has been carefully chosen for its natural charm and peaceful atmosphere. This uplifting two-hour immersive session offers you the opportunity to experience a deeply restorative journey into nature. Through mindfulness practices, meditation, sensory awareness, and playful curiosity, you'll cultivate a deep sense of presence, ignite your creativity, sharpen your focus and invite calm and balance into your life.
