From Puntaldia Marina in the San Teodoro area of northeastern Sardinia, you will first make a short transfer aboard an inflatable boat and then find enchanting scenery.
Together with an experienced guide, you will swim in the renowned Molara Natural Pools in the Tavolara Marine Protected Area and Punta Coda Cavallo, whose unique colours make it one of the island's most popular destinations. The clear, turquoise waters welcome clouds of wrasse and damselfish, which will swim around you.

  • All participants are required to pay an environmental contribution of 3€ to be paid on site in cash.
  • In case of special needs, please contact the number on the reservation voucher as soon as possible.
  • At the end of the experience, will be available and free use 2 bathrooms for women and 2 bathrooms for men, with hot water showers. Inside the diving centre there is also a cabin to change if you do not need a toilet.
  • The sea scooter is only available for adults; children aged between 5 and 11 will share it with a parent/guardian.
  • Parking available at the Marina di Puntaldia. Afterwards, you will have to walk after the bar and you will find the meeting point with our guide, after a few metres to the left.
  • Pets are not allowed.

Activity itinerary

ITINERARY A roughly 20-minute boat trip in the Tavolara Marine Protected Area, with a guided tour of the surrounding area and a passage past the beaches of Lu Impostu, Cala Brandinchi, Salina Bamba and Baia Salinedda Cruise between Isola Ruja, Coda Cavallo and past the island of Molara Before arriving at Molara, we will visit the so-called ‘forno’ (oven) on the island of Proratora Arrival at the Natural Pools of Molara and a stop of approximately 50 minutes for a guided snorkelling session Snack on board and return to port BOAT Lomac inflatable Length: 8 m Width: 3.50 m Maximum capacity: 22 passengers Honda 240 engine Sun awning Boarding ladder
