Activity itinerary

When arriving at our small craft Distillery hidden in a quiet courtyard and after introductions you will be given a brief history of rum and taken into the production area. Here we will take you through our Rum making process where you will get to taste the Molasses we use as well as smell the spices and wood that are used to make the Rum. Once the tour is done, we return to the tasting room where you will taste the different Rums that we currently make. You will be able choose one of four mixers to go with your Rum. Once a choice has been made, the tasting begins and we discuss the different flavours each person choices up in the Rums and what their overall experience has been like.
