What you can expect

You will experience Japanese Flower Arrangement called ikebana in a traditional Japanese-style room by wearing a simple kimono at SASAGIRIAN in Okinawa. We use tropical flowers and plants from Okinawa and you will enjoy arranging them in a vase. Our experienced instructor will guide you how to arrange the colourful flowers in a dynamic way. You will sense both Japanese and Okinawan culture through this experience. Enjoy the world of ikebana in this beautiful facility. It will surely become a good memory of your trip. Everyone is welcome.
Minimum 2 people, maximum 8 people. Reservation required at least 3 days before the experience.

Activity itinerary

1. Change into a simple kimono. 2. Enter the Japanese-style room and check the tools. 3. Place the kenzan into the vase and pour water. 4. Cut and arrange the flowers, branches, and leaves under the guidance of the instructor. 5. Check the balance from the distance and appreciate the arrangement. 6. Clean up the rest of the flowers and branches by cutting in pieces. 7. Take photos in front of the gold folding screen with your flower arrangement work. 8. Pull out the flowers, branches, and leaves and bring them back home. 9. Change cloths.
