In this lush corner of the Valdichiana, near Montepulciano, Paolo and his family will welcome you like old friends, eager to share not only their wines, but also the knowledge, stories, and secrets behind every bottle.

Your journey begins with a one-hour guided tour through the vineyards and the winery. You will walk among the vines, touch the soil, and discover how climate, terroir, and tradition blend together to shape every drop. Paolo—farmer, winemaker, and passionate storyteller—will guide you step by step into the fascinating world of viticulture and wine production, offering practical insights in a simple, engaging, and memorable way.

Then comes the heart of the experience: the tasting. In our cosy tasting room, you will join a convivial table where learning continues through the senses. You will taste five of our finest wines, each introduced with a short lesson on tasting techniques, aromas, structure, and ideal food pairings.

Alongside the wines, you will enjoy a lunch or dinner pairing, featuring our typical products such as crostino toscano, pappa al pomodoro, or our homemade tagliatelle.
