¿Have you ever practised yoga on a paddle board? This special activity is for everybody: if you usually practice yoga you'll get an extra dose of emotion to your practice, if you have never been in a yoga class you'll start with a magic session.

We will meet at Empuriabrava sailing school where you will meet your yogui instructor. After a short introduction to paddlesurf we will paddle to the floating platform where the lesson will take place. Your yogui guide will help you attach your board to the teacher's platform, you will remain on your board for the lesson.

The teacher will adapt the sequences to the level of the participants, usually starting with calm flows to tune in with the stability of the board and evolving towards more challenging poses. After an incredible practice on the board you will be able to experience the most enjoyable Savasana with a little guided meditation. All while floating on your SUP!
