What you can expect

  • Learn all there is to know about gin and its unique distillation process on a Pickering's Gin Distillery tour at Summerhall in Edinburgh.
    Hear about how the distillery was created, discover the hidden history of Gin through the ages and enjoy a freshly made cocktail to highlight your tasting.
    Meet and greet Gertrude and Emily, the two stills – possibly in steaming action.
    In the next room, you will be walked through a tutored tasting where you can share your thoughts and feelings about your favourite drink with the group.
    To finish the tour in style, a perfectly poured G&T will wait for you.

    If your group exceeds 8 guests, please arrange a private tour. Groups of 8+ who book on to a public tour in separate bookings may be refused entry with no refund.
