Know before you book

    • Customers will be asked to pay the difference in cost if they book a rate that is cheaper than where they are staying. For example: If you are staying at the Grand Palladium, please book the rate From Grand Palladium.
    • Children 17 or younger must be accompanied by a paying adult.
    • You must be 18 or older with ID to consume alcoholic drinks.
    • A minimum of 4 persons are required for this tour to take place. If we do not meet the minimum the tour can be rescheduled or cancelled.
    • We pickup from most Montego Bay hotels. Kindly contact us to confirm your booking and arrange your pickup at a central location if you are staying at other accommodation.
    • Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby/pickup point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
    • Pickup time subject to change base on local traffic conditions and inclement weather.
    • Climbing the falls is not recommended for persons who are pregnant, have hip or back problems nor persons have done major surgery recently. However if you choose to participate please use your discretion. Wheelchair accessible if you wish to enjoy the beautiful park but not the hike.
    • At the time of booking you must provide us with your: Hotel/Accommodation Name, Address and Phone Number in order to complete the booking.
