What you can expect

  • This tour starts in Heidenau at “Alex Beach” and takes you over 15 km down the Elbe to Dresden.

    A breathtaking backdrop awaits you on your tour: You paddle along the Saxon Weinstraße, past picturesque vineyards and villas, to the magnificent Pillnitz Castle, the former summer residence of the Saxon kings.
    Further downstream, you will pass the legendary Blue Wonder, Dresden's famous Elbe bridge. To round it all off, you'll enjoy the view and marvel at Dresden's impressive Elbe River castles – Eckberg Castle, Lingner Castle, and Albrechtsberg Castle.

    As you approach Dresden's Old Town, a spectacular view of the city's landmarks opens up before you: the Frauenkirche and the Brühlsche Terrasse.
    The tour ends at the Albert Bridge, from where you can once again enjoy the famous city panorama in all its glory.
