In the heart of Gascony, in Mirepoix, the Domaine de la Higuère, family estate founded in 1784 and passed down for 9 generations, opens its doors for a gourmet immersion in its wine world. With the formula "Met-wine Accords", take advantage of a privatized tour of the cellars and production areas to discover the major stages of winemaking of the estate, from the winemaking room to bottling. The tour continues with a guided tasting of the complete range of the estate — 9 wines, 2 Flocs de Gascogne and 2 Armagnacs — accompanied by wine pairings around cheeses, cold cuts and Gascony specialities artisanal or homemade. The experience concludes with a complimentary bottle of wine. Tours are offered in French and English all year round.
