Embark on a fully immersive day on the Larzac Plateau and its steppe landscapes, shaped by pastoralism and the many rocky outcrops.
There, we will discover the expertise of the shepherds, cheesemakers, and master cheese ripeners, all of whom are passionate and collectively committed to preserving a unique know-how for the production of Roquefort, the king of cheeses.
Before that, we will discover Lake Salagou, the red lake that looks like something out of Colorado, then we will go eat in one of the most beautiful villages in France, in an authentic and medieval atmosphere.
We offer a departure from Montpellier in a comfortable, air-conditioned mini-coach, with a small group of no more than 8 people.
