Full-Day Colca Canyon Tour from Arequipa

Your adventure begins with a hotel pick-up in Arequipa, followed by a scenic 3-hour drive to Chivay, where we'll enjoy a delicious breakfast. Afterwards, our guide will provide important details to ensure you have an unforgettable experience on your way to the Mirador de la Cruz del Cóndor.

At the viewpoint, you'll have the chance to witness the majestic Andean condors soaring above, with wingspans reaching up to three metres. Spend approximately 1.5 hours here, capturing photos and marvelling at the incredible sight of these birds in flight.

Next, we'll continue our journey to other scenic viewpoints and treat you to a taste of Sancayo ice cream. For those seeking more adventure, we offer an optional stop to relax in the Chacapi thermal baths, or you can enjoy activities like zip-lining or hiking in the beautiful valley (around 1 hour).

After a fulfilling morning, we'll stop for lunch before heading back to Arequipa. Along the way, we'll stop at various viewpoints for panoramic views of snow-capped mountains and volcanoes surrounding the city. We'll also make a brief stop in the Salinas and Aguada Blanca National Reserve, where you can see camelids in their natural habitat and admire the stunning backdrop of Mount Misti.

We’ll return to the historic centre of Arequipa by 5:30 PM, concluding this unforgettable journey through Colca Canyon.
