  • Guests who wish to swim in the cenote must avoid applying products such as creams, sun cream, insect repellent, lotions, or similar substances before entering the water.
  • This excursion is not suitable for travellers carrying luggage. Only small personal items, compact bags, or small backpacks may be brought. The vehicles are used to transport passengers throughout the route and continue operating with other guests, so they are not available for storing or safeguarding suitcases, large bags, or extra belongings.
  • Since April 21, 2026, archaeological zones in Mexico have restricted access with backpacks and luggage as part of their security rules. We suggest entering with only the most necessary personal items, ideally things that can be kept in your pockets or in a small personal bag. Some exceptions may be accepted, such as nappy bags, but the final decision depends on the security staff at the site. Any item that is denied access by archaeological site personnel cannot be stored, guarded, or assumed as our responsibility.
