Meet your live guide at the TER train station, right in the heart of the town centre. Board the coach and start by discovering the historic district with a first stop at the Kermel market. You will also see the town hall, the presidential palace, Independence Square, and the National Assembly, and you will go to the square in front of the great cathedral for a short walking tour.

Then continue to Soumbedioune, the iconic fishermen's district, where you will also discover a crafts market full of local creations.

Continue along the corniche road and admire the ocean view until you reach the famous Mosque of the Divinity. You can walk to the pier leading to the beach.

Continue to the highest points of the city to discover the imposing Monument of the Renaissance. From its 52-meter height, enjoy an exceptional panoramic view of Dakar.

The tour usually ends at the Monument de la Renaissance, allowing travellers staying in the Mamelles, Ouakam, or Almadies districts to get off there. A return trip to the TER train station is also planned.
