Across the Han River bridge, lies a culinary hotspot that uncovers the real food heroes of Da Nang's most delicious street eats.
Join our food tour of generations-old local eateries, with closely guarded family recipes, tossing their flame-grilled woks as dusk hits. Some are so good that they made it to the Michelin list (something the city's plucky neighbour Hoi An has yet to achieve).
From stringy vermicelli with marinated pork, to ground beef wrapped in piper lolot leaves. Get ready for roasted com gà chicken with turmeric rice, and steamed rice cake topped with flaky orange dried shrimp. We'll slurp on fish cake noodle soup, and steamed clams with lemongrass, working our chopsticks over whiteleg shrimp and grilled rabbitfish. Amongst many more surprises, there's 15+ tastings to truly understand Central Vietnam's epic palate of regional dishes.
The tour ends with a sweet stop, going full circle back by the bridge we started. We aim to conquer the real food epicentre of Da Nang, only for locals-in-the-know.
