What you can expect

  • Explore Palcoyo Rainbow Mountain starting at 4:00 a.m. with prior coordination. Our transport will pick you up from your hotel in the city centre, or we'll arrange a meeting point if you're staying elsewhere. Our first stop is Cusipata for breakfast, a 2-hour journey to energise for the day.

    After breakfast, we continue to Combapata, taking a detour near the Salka River. It's about an hour to the starting point of our trek. Once ready, we begin our 40-minute hike to Palcoyo Rainbow Mountain. At the main viewpoint, capture photos and admire the stunning Ausangate Mountains.

    After the mountain tour, we return to our transport, Finally, we proceed to Cusipata for lunch and relaxation. Afterwards, we drive back to Cusco, dropping you off at the city centre.
