The San Pedro Market, the oldest in Cusco, has 1180 stalls offering a variety of products such as meats, vegetables, fruits, utensils, breads, sweets, breakfasts, lunches and a wide range of handicrafts. Located in the historic centre, in front of Plazoleta San Pedro and Santa Clara Street.

Itinerary:

• We will begin our excursion at the San Pedro Market, our meeting point.
• We will go to our facilities to receive the necessary instructions for the preparation.
• Afterwards, we will return to the San Pedro Market to acquire all the ingredients required for the dishes.
• The visit will be fully guided, ensuring an enriching experience.
• We will return to the facilities and begin to prepare the traditional dishes of the region.
• At the end of the preparation, we will enjoy the dishes in four courses:
  First course: Starter
  Second course: Main course
  Third course: Dessert
  Fourth course: Preparation of Pisco Sour or its variants.
• At the end of the class, we will return you to your accommodation.
