What you can expect

At the beginning, we will do a salt tour to explain how the salt was produced in the past and how is the process different now.
We will see the amazing Pink Lake and we will discover why it has this beautiful colour.

After that, we will start with a culinary demonstration with gourmet tasting of salted fish.
This is a typical food come from the Roman Empire.

We taste as well a local and organic wine and premium olive oil.
Discover the most unique experience: Salt & Sea. We will enjoy a spectacular salted fish tasting in the salt mountain next to the pink lagoon while we enjoy the most beautiful sunset in the area.
