Milk goats, discover the secrets of traditional cheese making, and prepare traditional Cretan dumplings using fresh ingredients.

Together, we will venture out into nature to gather wild herbs and fresh vegetables—directly from the local area, just as has been done for generations.

To round it all off, you will enjoy an authentic meal on the farm, which will include the traditional antikristo (lamb cooked over an open fire). Of course, delicious alternatives will be available for vegetarians.
