    The Cretan diet, as it is known, is one of the healthiest diets in the whole world and has roots from the Minoan era. The basic ingredients are exactly the same. Oil, wine, honey, cereals, herbs, legumes, and meat were and are the main characteristic elements of the Cretan and Minoan diet.

    Get to know the utensils that were used to cook, most of which are copies of archaeological finds. All utensils are made from clay and suitable for a wood fire.

    The location where you will have the experience of your Minoan meal is a very special energy location, constructed and appropriately decorated. Start with a small guided tour of the estate and information about everything you will see.
