In this experience you will learn step by step how to do a “Concha” and “Pan de Muerto” the mexican traditional sweet bread by the hand of a lovely panadera who is happy to share with you this delicious tradition.
After you learn and enjoy preparing it step by step you will be able to try the chocolate or vanilla Concha or Pan de Muerto with that special orange flavour with a delicious cup of cafe de olla with the special touch of the cinamon.
After that I'm will takes you too to a handmade Sweets factoy where you will know the process they use to do delicious sweets like Chocolate, Cajeta, Mazapan and more and you will be able to try also all of those mexican sweets.
