What you can expect

  • Begin your adventure with a fast boat ride from Tróia to Portinho da Arrábida. Once you arrive, choose from one of the following experiences:

    Coasteering: Progress along a coastline where immersion in water is part of the activity. Traverse rocky and aquatic areas using a variety of techniques, including climbing (without technical level and low degree of difficulty), swimming, and jumping into the water.

    Try Scuba Diving: Start with a complete safety and equipment briefing, followed by adaptation to the aquatic environment and breathing training in shallow waters, culminating in a guided dive on the reef.

    Via Ferrata: Enjoy a mountain activity that, with a permanently installed safety system on the rocks (steps and steel cables), offers the opportunity to move through spectacular mountain scenery.
