Know before you book
- As a preventive measure, before boarding the bus or accessing a park, the temperature will be scanned through a digital remote device on every visitor or staff member.
- In the event of having symptoms such as cough, sore throat, runny nose, and/or red eyes and a temperature exceeding 100.4 F (38 C), our staff reserves the right to refuse to board our transport or to enter our facilities.
- Each trajinera holds up to 20 people.
- Complete your booking by selecting the date for your first activity. You can indicate which activity you wish to take first when you call to confirm your reservation.
- The 2 activities do not have to take place on consecutive days. You can choose a date for your second activity when you call to confirm your reservation.
- Hotel pickup is available from most Cancun and Riviera Maya hotels. Please arrange pickup from your hotel or a nearby location when you call to confirm your reservation.
- The Xcaret excursion departs around 8 AM from Cancun and 9 AM from the Riviera Maya. Departures for the Tour Xoximilco take place at approximately 6:30 PM. You will receive confirmation of your exact pick-up times when you confirm your reservation.
- Children 4 and younger are not allowed at Tour Xoximilco. Children 5–11 years old must show identification to verify their age.
- You must be taller than 4 feet 6 inches (140 cm).
