  • On this experience, we'll thoroughly explore each iconic spot in the tourist area of Santo Domingo, providing detailed information and taking the time needed to do so.

    Santo Domingo de Guzmán is, without a doubt, one of the most captivating cities in the Caribbean and holds the title of being the first city founded in the New World in 1496. This beautiful capital city invites you to discover its attractions, and on our excursion, you'll be able to do just that.

    Our itinerary begins with a visit to the Three Eyes National Park, an amazing combination of caves and cenotes that are characterised by their high mineral content and a beauty that is difficult to express in words.

    We'll continue our tour at the Faro a Colón, a Dominican monument and museum built in honour of Christopher Columbus, discoverer of the New World. Inside the lighthouse, there are exhibits from different countries around the world. It also has rooms for temporary exhibitions and conference
    conference rooms.

    Then, we head to the Zona Colonial, the first city of the New World, where the most outstanding and majestic buildings from the colonial era stand. Here you will have the opportunity to explore the First Cathedral of the New World, the Alcazar de Diego Colon, the famous Calle Las Damas, and other 15th-century colonial landmarks such as:

    • National Pantheon.
    • Colon Park.
    • Ozama Fortress
    • Duarte Museum

    Accompanied by an expert guide, you'll explore the Zona Colonial to admire the most outstanding monuments and architecture. You'll learn about the life of the Spanish conquistadors while visiting the Alcázar de Diego Colón, the residence of the Great Admiral's family.
