What you can expect

Discover the exciting world of sport climbing in the heart of the Picos de Europa mountains.

This course is designed for people with no prior experience and for climbers who want to improve their technique and gain autonomy on the rock.

During the day, you'll learn the fundamentals of sport climbing:

  • Correct use of equipment.
  • Basic progression techniques.
  • Belaying and safety.
  • Movements and balance on the wall.
  • Managing fear and confidence at height.
  • Basic manoeuvres adapted to the participant's level.

The activity takes place at climbing schools in the area around La Hermida and Bejes, where we will find sections adapted to different levels and objectives.

The instructor will adapt the content to the experience of each participant to ensure a safe and fun progression.
