Know before you book

  • Both routes depart from Dubai Mall Bus Station (although you can start the tour at any stop) - first tour departure is 9am and last tour departure is 5pm on both routes. Duration - Red Route: 80 minutes, Blue Route: 130 minutes. Frequency - every 30 minutes for both routes
  • Sunset & Night Tour Departs at 6pm from Dubai Mall. Please note this is not a hop-on hop-off route and last 2 hours approx.
  • Audio tour commentary languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic.
  • Cruise connector route only operates on cruise arrival days and will drop off/pick-up at Dubai Mall. Operational times vary depending on cruise ship dis-embarkation times, check locally for latest information.
  • Al Seef Dhow Cruise (if Premium ticket is selected): runs daily and hourly from 10am - 3pm. Location: Al Seef Heritage Area (Dhow Cruise) - Stop 4 Red Route
  • Lost Chambers Aquarium (included in the 2 and 3-day Premium tickets): Open daily from 10am - 9pm. Location: Atlantis The Palm - Stop 3 Blue Route
  • The Al Seef Dhow Cruise and Lost Chambers Aquarium must be used within 1 week from the date you redeem your voucher at the Dubai Mall
  • Aquaventure Waterpark (included in the 3-day Premium + Aquaventure ticket): ticket must be used within 1 week from the date your redeem your voucher at Dubai Mall. Open daily from 10am until sunset. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Height restrictions are in place.
  • Please note, Atlantis's child policy is from 3 years old. 3 and 4 year olds will need a separate ticket to access Lost Chambers Aquarium and Aquaventure

The 1, 2 or 3-day Premium ticket allows you to experience Al Seef Dhow Cruise and Lost Chambers Aquarium (only available with the 2 and 3-day tickets). The 3-day Premium ticket with Aquaventure allows you to explore all of the above, as well as the Aquaventure Waterpark!

  • Tour schedule: 9AM - 5PM (first and last departure from Dubai Mall) - earlier departures at some stops on Blue Route.
  • Duration: Red Route - 80 minutes, Blue Route - 130 minutes.
