A guided experience designed to offer an in-depth look at the production philosophy of Podere della Bruciata: a family-run farming business that values the rhythms of nature and a vision focused on the essence of wine. The tour was created for those who want to go beyond tasting and truly understand what’s behind a glass of wine.

The welcome includes a brief introduction to the surrounding landscape and cultural context, along with a clear and engaging account of the estate, its history, and its development. The aim is to convey the identity of the Podere in an accessible way, even to those new to the experience, while still providing technical information for those who want to learn more.

The tasting takes place either in the barrel cellar or on the panoramic terrace, depending on your preference and the weather conditions on the day. In both cases, the atmosphere is designed to focus on the pleasure of taking time and listening: aromas, details, discussion, and questions. During the tasting, three organic “Cru” wines are served, selected to represent different facets of the Podere (profile, character, and identity). Each wine is presented with technical and sensory commentary: grape variety and/or blend, style, winemaking choices, aromatic notes, structure, balance, finish, and possible pairings. The tasting thus becomes a mini journey through nuances and interpretations, which helps participants understand how the terroir and human labour shape the final product.

As an accompaniment, we offer bruschetta with our own extra-virgin olive oil to enhance the estate’s flavours and create a simple yet authentic pairing: a treat that cleanses the palate, intensifies the sensations, and reveals another aspect of the Podere, one linked to agricultural tradition and the quality of the raw materials.

Platter of local products: A selection of charcuterie, pecorino cheeses, crostini, jams, and bread, designed to broaden the pairing and make the experience more complete, offering contrasts and harmonies that interact with the wines.

Additional glasses: Option to expand the tasting with limited-edition wines from old vines and reserve collections, served by the glass, for a more in-depth, vertical exploration of the Podere and its rarest or most representative expressions.
