Start your day with a visit to the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding. See giant pandas eating, playing, and napping in lush, forest-like enclosures. Visit the nursery for tiny baby pandas for an incredibly cute and rare experience.

Next, head to the Dujiangyan Irrigation System, a 2,200-year-old UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the greatest engineering wonders in human history. Built without dams, it still waters the Chengdu Plain today.

Walk along the Min River, cross the iconic ancient cable bridge, and enjoy peaceful mountain and water views.

We recommend booking at least 2 days in advance.
During July, August and Chinese public holidays, vehicles and guides are in high demand. For these periods, please book at least 4 days in advance to secure your place.
