Day 1: Arrival in Chengdu
Arrive in Chengdu and meet your driver at the airport or train station. Transfer to your hotel and check in. Spend the rest of the day at your leisure, exploring Chengdu's vibrant streets and sampling local cuisine.
Day 2: Chengdu Panda Base, Sanxingdui Museum, and Night Market
After breakfast, head to the Chengdu Panda Base to see the adorable pandas. Watch them play, eat, and climb trees. Next, travel to Guanghan City to sample local delicacies and try local specialities (at your own expense).
After dinner, visit the Sanxingdui Museum to explore the ancient Shu civilisation, a civilisation that has slumbered for three thousand years and awakened to its wonders. In the evening, return to Chengdu and visit a popular night market to experience the vibrant atmosphere and local culture.
Day 3: Liyuan Sichuan Opera, Sichuan Cuisine Museum, Zhongshuge Bookshop, and Dujiangyan
After a leisurely morning, depart for the Liyuan Sichuan Opera to witness the spectacular performance. Afterwards, visit the Sichuan Cuisine Museum, where you can eat your way through Sichuan cuisine and observe the production process of Pixian Doubanjiang (Pixian chilli bean paste).
Then, travel to the popular Zhongshuge Bookshop, where you can take photos and read books at the same time, experiencing the “surreal and magical bookshop.” Arrive in Dujiangyan and visit the historically famous Dujiangyan Scenic Area, including attractions such as the Fish Mouth, Feisha Weir, and Baopingkou.
Afterwards, visit Guanxian Ancient City, taking photos at Nanqiao/Xijie Street, experiencing the leisurely atmosphere of small bridges and flowing water, and appreciating the magnificent integrated scenery of the city and the city. Return to Chengdu by bus and check into the hotel to rest and rejuvenate.
Day 4: Free Day in Chengdu
Enjoy a full day of independent exploration, deeply immersing yourself in the charm of Chengdu. Arrange your own sightseeing in Chengdu, exploring its beautiful scenery and sampling its delicious cuisine.
Day 5: Departure from Chengdu
After breakfast, enjoy free time. Depending on your departure time, proceed to the train station/airport to board your train or plane to leave Sichuan. Return home, concluding your enjoyable Chengdu trip.
