At this Wagyu and Angus steak tasting, you’ll delve deep into the world of exceptional steak quality. You will taste several premium steaks with different marbling and learn first-hand from meat specialists how to recognise truly exceptional quality.
A particular focus will be on the origin of the animals. Many of the cattle come from local farmers, some of whom are only a few kilometres away. You will learn how animals are selected, why marbling is crucial, and why only a small percentage of cattle actually achieve the quality required for exceptional steaks.
