We will meet in Piazza Duomo, under the Elephant statue, the symbol of Catania. From there, we will begin our journey through the aromas of freshly caught seafood and the colours of seasonal fruits and vegetables.
You can sample oysters or red shrimp, drink orange or pomegranate juice, or enjoy the traditional seltz drink made with water, lemon, and salt.
Together, we will decide what to cook, and after buying the necessary ingredients, we will head to my home in the historic centre, which offers a beautiful sea view of the Port of Catania.
