    We provide an experienced sailing guide, life jackets, snorkel gear, specialised safety equipment for sailing, hydration, and homemade ceviche.
  • Exclusions
    We don't include alcoholic drinks as we are a family-owned company, but you are welcome to bring your own drinks and snacks.

What you can expect

  • The experience includes different types of trips and crossings along the coast of Veracruz, departing from various points that Kaná has, in this case from the Best Western Hotel on the Veracruz Riviera and next to the Veracruz Military School in the municipality of Alvarado.

    The trip to Salmedina Island or Isla de en Medio lasts a minimum of 3 hours, and the duration of the trip depends entirely on weather and wind conditions. It also includes a professional sailor who will take you and guide you throughout the journey, with a maximum capacity of 5 people.

    The trip includes homemade ceviche, as well as non-alcoholic drinks, a cooler to store your own food, and a full set of snorkelling gear for your enjoyment once you reach the island.
