- Casela will be closed on the 25th December and on 1st January. The Big Cats Kingdom will be closed on the 24 December and 31 December.
- Big Cats activities not available on Sundays. Please contact the supplier for availability.
- Talk to us so that we can arrange your schedule. Some activities are subject to availability. If your selected date or time is not available, we will contact you by whatsapp to propose an alternative date or time.
- Slots for activities will be confirmed nearer the date.
- Pickup is included when the purchase includes transfer.
- Closed Shoes compulsory. This will allow you to go for other activities if you wish to.
- Outside food not allowed in the park, except for baby/infant food.
- Pregnant women are strongly advised not to take part in any extreme activities such as ziplines, quad bikes and any activity involving direct contact with predators. We recommend doing only the aviary and the safari tours
- Be advised that some activities require a minimum age to participate. This is specified near the activity name.
- A basic knowledge of spoken and understanding of English and French is required to participate in feline activities.
- Please allow 45mins to 1 hour between each activity, if purchasing several activities.
