Join your guide on this walking tour and hear tales about the building, including the storey of Peter Degraves, the founder of Cascade. Visit the Cascade brewery and learn about the brewing process along with almost two centuries of local history.

    After your guided tour, stroll through the brewery and three acres of the heritage Gardens, overlooking two of Hobart's icons, the brewery and Mount Wellington. Here you can enjoy samples of Cascade's iconic beer while taking in the peaceful surroundings.
